We advocate for inclusion of all people, especially the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, + Ally Business Community in Southeastern Michigan. Our chamber believes including diverse cultural groups creates a wealth of knowledge and robust product/service creation. Recognizing our differences can organically create innovations in enterprise. Connecting our LGBT members to a strong base of ally partners and corporate support; we provide real growth opportunities for all businesses in the region. We have a leadership council for workplace equality with OUT & Equal and affiliate members for certification as a minority owned business through the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. We are the subject matter experts for organizational diversity and partner with large, small, non-profit, and governmental organizations to grow the region.
